the stay was good..the staff was very helpful and humble..location is good and there is an amazing restaurant on the 1st flr of that building...

TV is not in working condition, Wifi is also not working.. Room staff also not available on time...

Very bad condition of the room. Really different from what we saw in pictures. They have a bathrub in their grand suite but don’t have continuous hot water supply hence the bathtub can’t be used. Service was fine but since i stayed there for 1 day can’t say much about the service. The bathroom shower handle was also broken, the bathtub shower pipe was leaking, walls peeling of paint and also dirty, bathroom had uncleaned spots everywhere. Basically bad rooms !

Great location, the hotel is in commercial premises, ideal for solo or couples. Staff are friendly and helpful. Basement car park which is a plus.

The room was good and washroom was also clean. The behaviour of staff is good and polite. Only south indian breakfast are available. I will thank you mm t to provide a free breakfast.

Rooms are not as per showing image and cleaning in also not upto the mark. bedsheet and blanket are not clean and they don't care about hygiene.
